Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

CallMonk AI ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI phone receptionist service to businesses ("clients") such as clinics and other businesses in India. This policy explains what data we collect when a call is handled on behalf of a client, how we use it, and how it's protected.

Information We Collect

  • Call audio and transcripts of conversations between callers and the AI receptionist.
  • Caller-provided information necessary to complete a request, such as name and phone number, for the purpose of booking or managing an appointment.
  • Call metadata: time, duration, and outcome (e.g. appointment booked, transferred to staff).
  • Information submitted through this website's demo request form (business name, industry, average daily call volume, email, and phone number) when you book a demo.
  • Website usage data collected by Google Analytics when you visit this website (see "Website Analytics" below).

How We Use It

  • To handle the caller's request during the call (e.g. booking or rescheduling an appointment, answering a question).
  • To give the client business visibility into calls handled on their behalf, via call outcome and caller-detail logs in their dashboard. Call audio and transcripts are not shared to the client dashboard — they are retained internally for quality assurance and to investigate a specific reported issue.
  • To improve the accuracy and reliability of the AI receptionist service.
  • To respond to demo requests submitted through this website.

Data Sharing

Call data collected on behalf of a client business is scoped to that business and is not shared with other businesses using CallMonk AI. We do not sell caller or client data to third parties. We use third-party service providers (such as speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and cloud infrastructure providers) solely to operate the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and which device and browser they use. It collects this using cookies and similar identifiers, along with approximate location (country or city level). Google does not log or store IP addresses for Google Analytics 4. This data is used only to improve the website and is processed by Google under its own terms.

Analytics is on by default, and we tell you about it with a notice the first time you visit. You can opt out at any time by choosing Opt out in that notice or Cookie settings in the footer of any page. When you opt out, we stop Google Analytics and remove its cookies, and remember your choice on your device so it stays off on later visits. You can also block cookies in your browser or use theGoogle Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Analytics does not include call audio, transcripts, or anything you enter in the demo request form, and it is not used on calls handled by the AI receptionist.

Data Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for as long as needed to provide the service to the client business, or as required by applicable law. Clients may request deletion of specific call records subject to legal and operational requirements.

Your Rights

If you are a caller whose conversation was handled by CallMonk AI on behalf of a business, or a visitor to this website, you may contact us to ask what data we hold about you and to request correction or deletion, subject to the legitimate needs of the business you called.
